Do I need an account to make an order?

Signing up for an account is not necessary when making an order; however by making an account you will be able to keep updated with your tracking information and order history. In addition to this you will also be able to receive our up-to-date newsletter which will include any new promotions.

Where and how are the shirts produced?

All of our shirts are proudly sewn in Bulgaria; where our products are manufactured under a living wage. To ensure the highest quality each individual shirt is constructed start to finish by one of our professional seamstresses.

Where are your materials sourced from?

All materials (fabric, stitching, and buttons) are currently sourced from high-end manufacturers in Italy. It is also important to note that the fabric is made using non-azo dyes and comes pre-shrunk.

Our packaging is also made out of a corn based plastic.

How to care for your new shirt?

Always wash the garments using your washing machine’s gentlest cycle in cool or lukewarm water with like colours, and then hang to air dry. Dry cleaning is the best alternative, however it is not necessary.

What if the garment that I ordered doesn’t fit properly, is it possible to be refunded for my purchase?

To ensure that your purchase fits properly all of our garments are pre-shrunk. There are also detailed size charts located in the lower part of each product page. In the case that the ordered product does not fit as expected you will be able to receive store credit or make an exchange for a different size. For further information please refer to the Return and Exchange Policy available in the Terms of Use and Service page.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are determined based on fixed rates for domestic and international destinations respectively.

Does Chiba Designs Inc. ship internationally?

Chiba Designs Inc. does ships worldwide however it is important to understand that international orders may incur additional customs fees as per the destination country’s regulations. In this case, we are not responsible for any additional charges incurred after the original sale.

What payment methods do you accept?

The principal payment method is PayPal; this allows customers a secure method to pay with or without a PayPal account. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).

Can I cancel my order?
